Customer Relationship Management
Each customer has a Customer Project Manager. The role of the Customer Project Manager includes:
- Providing a single point of contact for all commercial and technical issues
- Liaison between functions and disciplines on behalf of our customer
- Ensuring effective communication takes place between the two businesses
- Communicating customer requirements within HansaMatrix to the relevant people
- Making sure there are no surprises for our customer
- Ensuring HansaMatrix operate as a 'low maintenance' supplier to our customer
The Customer Project Manager has the authority to operate across functions & disciplines, thus providing solutions to potential problems long before they become an inhibitor to product delivery or specification compliance.
Our Customer Project Manager team uses the advanced IT systems and tools to allow tasks and actions to be monitored against timelines.
